RideLondon was first introduced in 2013 with the aim of promoting cycling as a sport and encouraging people to lead active lifestyles. Over the years, it has grown to become one of the most prestigious cycling events, showcasing the beauty of London and Essex while providing an exhilarating experience for participants.
The Ford RideLondon-Essex 100:
The RideLondon-Essex 100 is a challenging and scenic ride that covers a 100-mile route through the stunning Essex countryside. Participants will pedal through picturesque villages and countryside landscapes, taking on various climbs and descents along the way. It's a true test of endurance and offers an incredible sense of accomplishment.

Riders will then glide through some of the county’s most picturesque towns, villages and countryside with a section of the route replicating the 2014 Tour de France stage that went through Essex and finished in London.
Once back in the capital, participants will complete their ride to rapturous applause at Tower Bridge – a jaw-dropping Finish Line for the 100-mile challenge.
