Be part of Central London Alliance's SAVING LIVES campaign — a mission to make CPR knowledge as common as knowing your own phone number.

CLA is attempting to break the world record for the largest CPR relay ever attempted. They need 4,000 CPR-certified participants — and that could include you.

Fewer than 1 in 10 people survive an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in the UK. CPR performed within two minutes by a bystander increases survival chances by 81% — but only if someone nearby knows how to do it. This is our chance to change that, together.

Taking part is simple: register your interest, complete a free 15-minute online CPR course, and join the attempt in Central London. No experience needed. No cost involved. Just the willingness to show up and walk away with a skill that could one day save someone's life.
